Just signed my SPA, the price didn't increase but rebate reduced.

Guess selling quite OK. While I was signing the SPA there were other ppl signing too.

As far as I know, top residential floor is 53A, which is 54. There is a 55th floor for skydeck facility. So if you count the Ground floor, it should add up to 56. I might be wrong.

Dude, Sunway Belfield is inside the picture. This is certainly not the view from the units.

The selling point is always PNB118, if can see extra considered bonus loh.

I initially want to buy ownstay... but now i probably will change my mind to make it an investment. See how.

Most likely it is because Block A and B has an extension approval due to Covid, but Block C did not apply for the extension. So from the project timeline view, Block C is on a critical path to VP first. Just my thought.

Block C only 3 yr SPA period.
