i tried to walk from the construction site to Pasar Seni MRT, around 900meters, think is a walkable distance for me.

when 118 is ready, only 400m walking distance to 118. can enjoy 'aircond' walkway to Merdeka MRT within the 118 buidling.

whatever... just buy if you are interested and afford it, I just paid 2% for my 1035sqft unit, waiting for a video conference with the lawyer for SNP & LA signing.
