That is why I booked a unit on Tower A facing south with unblock view last week, those unit facing PNB118 view is at high risk may not get the view they wanted in the future.

some more facing south cheaper if you don't mind the cemetery view and no balcony.

Only can access tunnel If there is a T-junction and traffic light for you to turn right and the tunnel entrance is in front after turning right

No guarantee can see the merdeka 118, if salcon decided to build a 40 level building, it will block most of the people, not to mention salcon land is sitting on the higher ground than sunway belfield.

Impossible to directly enter the tunnel from Sunway Belfield as you can see the entrance and exit are linked to Jalan Istana before Sunway Belfield

that small hill can be easily level out! once the merdeka 118 is fully developed similar to KLCC, that land wont be greenish anymore.
