did anyone successfully applied for loan for type E? mine was delayed due to incorrect size specified in sq/m vs sq/ft in the Sunway booking form.. it was 1337 sq/ft submitted to bank but booking form was showing 125sq/m

It was actually miscalculation.. the SPA is in sqm.. example for type E, in SPA it was 125sqm but they market it as 1337sqft everywhere.. if you convert, 125sqm is actually 1345sqft..

should be the same plot in the picture.. it matches the description of land listing in https://www.iproperty.com.my/property/kl-ci...sale-102522036/ and it mentioned Lorong Belfield
