Does anyone know for access road to Sunway Belfield, is the road passing by the school the only access road? Or will there be multiple access roads into the development? Thanks in advance!

Na. Expected completion for Sunway is early 2025. I don’t think they’ll discount their stock and instead progressively remove rebates since they’ve sold so well. Only building available is Opus and it’s pricey.

Heard that today all units price increased by 5-7k (or removed the rebate)

This is Tower A & B, this is the extension from MCO. No "again".

Seem like VP in the next 1 month. Until now no indication of tenants for 118 mall and 118 tower seems like mostly PNB tenants.

Interesting to see rental and subsale demand post VP.
