project - some forumer here said pocket development by Sunwei cannot make $ one. Any developer punya project can guarantee earn within a stated time frame?
price - below RM700 psf (except smallest size) in CBD + Freehold, ape mau lagi?
location - CBD + iconic tower + 5min drive to major mall (mv, pavi, velocity etc.) + public transport
developer - to Exsim fansi, Sunwei cannot compete them
