Indeed kudos to Sunway Belfield team. Overall is one of the best that I have came across for this particular developer in term of furnishing and overall workmanship after Sunway Serene.

As for the subsale price now, I really won’t be able to afford it

For that price I can buy a nice terrace house in the suburbs of KL (Setiawangsa etc) 😅 but that’s just me

A simple search that takes 5sec on propertyguru and you can find plenty choices below RM4k with ID furnishing for 1035sf

Your friend is very very lucky IF he really got it rented out at RM4800 congratz

Different tenants have different needs. Some people need certain type of furnishing included.

i remember lowest psf below rm700

but very soon the following phases should not be at this price already

Yes I remember sunwai increase the price by more than 20k after the extremely hot BBB first day preview. Subsequently block B already much more expensive. I also remember sunwai charged much more for temporary view of 118 as the next land is still empty.

anyone knows anything about the empty land beside Sunway belfield, the one beside the shaded walk way to MRT station. Any like future development and who owns it ?

The plans that exist date back to 2014. The land is actually owned by Bulan Sabit Merah (charitable organisation). Leased to Salcon for development on a 70 year tenure. Sounds a bit messy and the view owners would obviously lobby against what goes in front.

I see it as less paying for the 118 view as paying to not face the cemetery. Its a nice bonus of course while it lasts.
