Landed will always hold their value. But if you don’t have 1 mill++ how? It is now an aspirational property rather than a starter home from our parents time. And in many cases, high rises suit the needs of current generations. Many don’t cook, garden or even clean.

Is there any consensus on relative value of the rental and sub sale price? Ranges from OKR level right up to KLCC levels. Very confusing and all over the place. The owners are trying to manage the market but this is very difficult with over 1k units.
