Its true that the people who remain unmarried are increasing and so are those who opt not to have children. Their needs are met by a high rise unit. But generally Malaysians want the "nasi lemak" 2 storey terrace units if given a choice and if they can afford it. My own situation also changed and I will move into a 2 storey landed because of legacy issue - i want to leave behind a freehold house for my kid.

Don’t disagree there. Landed will always hold their value. But if you don’t have 1 mill++ how? It is now an aspirational property rather than a starter home from our parents time. And in many cases, high rises suit the needs of current generations. Many don’t cook, garden or even clean.

Is there any consensus on relative value of the rental and sub sale price? Ranges from OKR level right up to KLCC levels. Very confusing and all over the place. The owners are trying to manage the market but this is very difficult with over 1k units.

Taken few weeks ago the lights from Belfields

Need another 6-9 months to gauge the occupancy status of the development.

My 2 cents, probably one of the better development delivered by Sunway, well executed common area such as lobby, drop off area and all units are semi d concept.

However back to the question of investment Own stay buyers, i think will be very happy with end products. For investors, we shall see the median rental price trend in next 6-9 months whether can hold at RM4-4.5psf. Location imo is quite isolated and with the absolute rental of above RM3k even for 2 bedrooms there as so many choices out there unless parents want to send their kids to KC1.

Big congratulations for all the owners of this project, I really envy that I wasn’t financially able to get this before launch.

Love the workmanship and the location, really really nice.
