Why the VP extended again?
Could be out of specification some where?

This is Tower A & B, this is the extension from MCO. No "again".

Oic, Sunway told VP before chinese new year, I thought they extend again.

Seem like VP in the next 1 month. Until now no indication of tenants for 118 mall and 118 tower seems like mostly PNB tenants.

If Jan VP notice for VP should have been out right? So far heard many dates on the VP

A popular renovation/property management business quoted that expected rents for a 3 bedder would be in the 4-5k range. Blind optimism or realistic? They were using KL Sentral as price benchmark. It’s a decent ROi if this is true.

With covered walkway can hit rental 4k, old klang road 3beds rental going to 3k already.

Received VP email for block C.

Awaiting reviews and feedback on this very curious project. At worst its average but at best a real bargain for a newly rejuvenated area.
