With the pandemic and should the HOC come along, I would assume they will want to be aggressive on the pricing to secure higher % of sales during launching.

This would be a good buy for own stay in KL with kids plan to go for Chinese skool. For investment, should look at those with walkable to LRT/MRT.

Do expect higher floor to be around 800 psf especially Type E nearer to blk C. Still a good price IMHO.

Type 7,8 would have some good view of M118 Witt least risk being blocked by future development. Hence reason for high take up rate even for larger sizes high floor. Those whos keen and have not secured a unit. Apa tunggu lagi! Hoot la before it’s gone!

The Swnk should be the one beside the office tower named The Stride. It’s about 30-40% constructed and I would understand their strategy to roll out the Swnk to quickly turn around instead of looking for a replacement Hotel, knowing the industry is on Intensive care.

EW have no choice but to throw out a nice package to entice buyer fast as this is part of their phase one project.

Not surprising with the location and price point. Developer have revise upward price for remaining Type A/B. Wonder how would the momentum goes when they launch BLK B.

2a should relates to all ground works that include the building foundation. Hence, the billing should apply to all regardless of level? Probably referring to 2b then, where lower flor unit will have earlier billing. Nevertheless, this is super fast. Thanks for sharing the progress photo.

After revisit the site last week, found that:

1. Inevitable noise/air pollution as istana facing the 24/7 busy main roads (judge from the distance)
2. Block 1 & 2 are quite close to each others, which also mean the facilities podium is quite small
3. Progress seems fast for the pocket development, will draw down 2(A) pretty soon somewhere in Q2 2021 (on lower floor)

Advantage to sunway with about 378psf land purchase. Having said that, the pricing from TW will need to be higher just purely looking at the cost of land. So what would be the upside opportunity vs TW vs SC?
