You just bought it yesterday... the battery needs a few charge cycles to go to full potential.
My Bluetooth, NFC and Location are usually 24/7 switched on, and brightness auto. Only when i am on whole-day outings where i might take a lot of photos, i use battery saver mode (until next charge), and only switch on data when needed. But taking, say, 50-100 photos, can drain your battery fast, which is normal.

Haiz, it only happens when u restart, no problem...
For me, occasionally when im listening to music on a pair of headphones (at 23/30 usually  ), the phone will lecture me like my mum on listening loud will damage my hearing, and drag it down to 18/30. 

My headphones has an impedance of 34 or 36 ohms, unlike earphones at 15-20+ ohms only, so i need to push the volume higher for it to be loud enough.
