Could be a hardware issue then. Even though Nokia has traditionally had great designs, they've always had (relatively) crap hardware, with their recent warranty claimed % rates at double that of everyone else's. I think Samsung and Apple had way below 1% and Nokia's was at 1.X%. Nokia even stated in one of their interim report that they had lower profitability due to higher warranty costs. This confirms the claims of the Financial Analyst, RBC Capital Markets, regarding the "higher than normal" return rates of Lumias. So your device might be defective. If you have a spare phone you could always send it in for warranty if the issue gets too annoying.

what i just realize that after long time update to portico... no more.. yes no more hang or restart with my Lumia 920..the only annoying part is watapps delayed message...i dun use many app either.. other than that this WP8 prove to be good OS for me and on the plus side this camera is good if not better then most smartphone today..

Bought 920 and just found a slightly short deep scratch under the camera chrome there on the back side of phone didn't check through it while purchasing T.T

I thought the poly case will be durable?

macam2 ada, but still no damage

but i google the brand, the film is use to wrap cars for paint protection.

maybe a company buy a roll and cut it to any phone shape and sell it as phone protector pulak.

so with this cases I'm not much worry if accidently drop on hard surface with glass facedown.
