by lagging, u mean when gaming? My y500 during gaming very lag when on battery... only option is to go to lenovo energy management, and set power plan to high performance...

idk why someone said y400 battery only 3-4hours..mine can last to 6-7hours..with medium brightness, and no backlid

i've been using driver version 320.49WHQL for a few days.. almost a full week.. no issue so far... FPS is getting better in most of my games! 

only noticeable thing for me is that pc temperature rise a bit when idle for around 3-4 days after using the driver... now no more dy... and everything seems to be in order too!

ur updating drivers just to get high scores on W.E.I. ? LOL!

as u can see, WEI's scoring is actually buggy. The scoring system doesn't rate correctly u know?

anyways, if u want to see whether a graphic driver is good or not, prove it through gaming! Compare the FPS before and after update.. I can say that my performance in-game is better (games tested: Skyrim, Hitman Absolution, Remember Me, AC3, AC: Brotherhood, Batman Arkham City, Dishonored, Sleeping Dogs, Mafia 2, Sniper Elite V2, and much more xD) as there's less stuttering/lag when in dense areas (forest+field area in skyrim, Dishonored night time [night shadows]+enemy alert [raiding/flanking me] + the vanishing assasssin's attacks and powers, ACIII blizzard+combat scene, forest+combat scene, heavy populated city area+combat+mission scene)
