hey just a note. panadol and other western medicines are actually very harmful to the body. studies have shown that a panadol pill actually takes 5 years to fully disintegrate. so imagine la, we msians, each time we are having here pain, there pain, pop panadol.
the answer is, dont take panadol if possible, if can try to tahan.
how to avoid? change your lifestyle. exercise. dont smoke and drink. eat lots of vege and fruits. and take food supplement, the correct one, one that is in liquid form for BEST absorption. pills, capsules take very long time to absorb.
sorry bout this but i would really like to know where u get this info on studies that panadol takes 5 years to ermm fully disintegrate? or is it something that you are saying based on wat ppl say? if it is a real study do you know the actual percentage of it? or who is actually doing the study? if you say dont take panadol then wat would you do if the pain was so severe that you cannot 'tahan' ?
of course lifestyle changes is a must in any type of illness.. n for gastric case is actually to eat 3 meals a day, no snacks in between n of course try not to take a heavy supper before sleep... food supplement are good but like the word says.. its food SUPPLEMENT.. not treatment.. so its just supplement to your daily diet

i have many friends who have had health problems like gastric, migraine, insomnia, all when they change their lifestyle and started taking this brand of food supplement from Germany, FitLine, their illness were almost gone.
on another note i would like to ask you something on this.. which i find unreliable.. you said that many friends of yours with health problems take this food supplement n get better.. so i would like to ask you that do you know how many ppl that actually take that food supplement n dont recover?
this is a common misunderstanding when especially sales person trying to sell their traditional medicine.. they'll say alot of ppl get cured.. but they dont say how many dont get cured.. for eg. out of 500 ppl 20 got cured.. the rest didnt.. so 20 is a lot of ppl... but compare it with 480 ppl who dont.. is it still helpful?
