I'm currently doing a Dip in Business overseas. As most people wouldn't do, when they are overseas, usually they strive for the degree or honours.
Currently, I'm attached, and she's finishing next year whilst I'm at my first year of the Diploma, she's doing a degree btw. I know it's kinda selfish, but I was thinking of finishing the same time as her.
Was just wondering if I'll get anywhere with this Diploma in Malaysia, I know there's definitely tough competetion. But I was just wondering if there's a 'surviving' chance if I didn't continue studying and go onto my degree.
I've been overseas for 4 years now and definitely sick of every moment I spend here, no, I'm not THAT old. Just been here since high school days until Uni which I'm currently in. =)
Comments please.
If you're not aiming for a high position and high pay job then you can find a job but its not that easy...even degree holders are finding it hard to find jobs in Msia..Currently, I'm attached, and she's finishing next year whilst I'm at my first year of the Diploma, she's doing a degree btw. If you want better opportunities, even a degree now is insufficient and too common as everyone is able to obtain one. Trend now is everyone is trying to do their masters. I think she shud advice u to continue ur studies for a better future =). Regardless of how gud you are...with a diploma you can only rise to a certain level..
