- My unit is facing OSK
- it is a studio unit - 500 sqf
- SPA price is - RM327,000
- after 10% rebate = RM294,300 after discount
- free spa & loan legal fee
- i paid loan disbursent & stamp duty which = RM2,300
- 1 free car park
- 1 aircond
- 1 kitchen cabinet set
- 1 water heater
- RM3,000 cash back upon collecting of keys
- loan approved at 89% & BLR-2.35 with no MRTA etc

i cant think of anymore of the deal...
