I just hope CBJ prices will not move that fast as I intend to get one unit there for retirement later. I do like what outdoor activities it offers but not that practical living for a family man with public school going kids.

Im not hard sell cyber, if cyber is not good in 2017, then u wont buy, u will consider other place...

If cyber is become much better in 2017 compare to now as u wish, the price will only go up up up...especially landed prop, the room of appreication is vr big.

There was another CBJ thread which was so quiet that Yap participate alone most of the time and regularly bump until kena closed.

And you know why CBJ thread is lively?

Because everywhere else price appreciated too high so investors has not much choice.

It is about attracting people who are not in IT industry, living elsewhere to be convinced that this is a livable place.

Won't be long before this place boom, maybe 5 years.

Good or better depends on the residents and future residents.

I do hope this place has a wet market too so that older generations will feel at home.
