I just hope CBJ prices will not move that fast as I intend to get one unit there for retirement later. I do like what outdoor activities it offers but not that practical living for a family man with public school going kids.

I don't need primary school. Kids no young unless I got new babies but that's another story.

I hope in 5 years time price still not increase steeply so I can buy.

I target buy in year 2017.

I am waiting for CBJ to be filled with real heart and soul from 2014-2016.

Need more time to grow.

Very good if can help attract more people as this place really need govt help since land price high premium.

Be patient early birds. Need you to build a community.

Finally a quiet thread like CBJ can attract interest.

Maybe in other locations prices appreciate too much.

There was another CBJ thread which was so quiet that Yap participate alone most of the time and regularly bump until kena closed.

And you know why CBJ thread is lively?

Because everywhere else price appreciated too high so investors has not much choice.

It is about attracting people who are not in IT industry, living elsewhere to be convinced that this is a livable place.

Won't be long before this place boom, maybe 5 years.

Good or better depends on the residents and future residents.

I do hope this place has a wet market too so that older generations will feel at home.

Want to ask how many government funded projects approved and under construction i.e. school, hospitals, houses for middle income, community centres, post office etc.

It will surely increase the population.

Will this cause a glut of small unit properties?

A relaunch or rebadge of Dr.M 's original plan.
