i drove to Cyberjaya from Puchong and it took me 20 minutes to reach there. Roads which are wider & infrastructure are good with lots of greens. I am optimistic about this place because the other so called developed areas are congested with many food stalls. The residential areas congested with many food stalls is an eye sore and moreover not gated. Hence, in Cyberjaya with branded developers and having gated residential areas ...its more liveable & desirable. Although the current place i am staying is more than 2 million i.e. much more expensive than Cyberjaya , Cyberjaya launching price is considered cheap and investable. Long term or not....Greater KL is expanding

With Tamarind coming up...life will be a bliss there.
