If UEM willing to spend more money to beautify and improve the landscape, SH will be one of their successful track records!

Bro Noblebaby, I support you to KPKB to senior manegement. I think they also worry landscaping issue willa affect the sales of their Verdi, Soho, SoFo or Soh@1 in future. make it a superb one, so that SEG also feel the competition to make it a nice one too.

I also noticed that the construction site for MCT lakefront project end lot bungalow is cleared. Also received email from their SA to register for the project. Wonder what will be the selling price......most probably Rm 2.0mil+

Went to Houston Grill for lunch and noticed that few new F&B just opened up recently.
2 pizza shops in cyber now - Pizza Hut and Pizza San Francisco.
Good commercial progress in Cyber.... more choices for cyberian now!





New shops opened up in cyber perdana CBD area.

Wat about the land opposite Sejati?

That one still got no f88king clue.
site clearing is nearly completed.
Commercial title on that piece of land hopefully some shoplots la.
