Based in KLIA, so yeah, it's really convenient since I have a transport service provided to and from work as well. Plus, I'm from JB, and I don't have a house of my own in KL/Selangor,  so this would be a first for me. Looking at what CBJ is offering right now is already good enough for me, so any development is definitely a bonus. Still young lor, so still got time to move to a larger landed property when the time comes and I'm ready so start a family.

I used to work in CBJ about 3-4years, I worked at KLCC,PJ area before,I found the pay scale in CBJ is higher with lower expenses.I have same thought with some of others,"what?!cyberjaya?it's dead city"but,Now i can see alot of people who used to work in KLCC,one of my colleague.I asked him,why come to Cyberjaya to work?he said"here can give better offer,why not?"I said:"but ,it's far for you,travel everyday from KL to CBJ",he said,no JAM.undeniable.I will consider buy some unit in CBJ.just my opinion.

My friend works in cyber now, she asking any new project there? Her budget is below 450-550k, prefer residential title

Cyberjaya has its glory days when Msc status is only granted to limited areas, with most of the hotspot in KV are given the same status, CBJ has lost it's uniqueness. And who cares abt MSC nowadays?

From my own observation of people who used to work in CBJ, 7/10 have moved back to civilization. The only hope to boost this area is education, which means student, but too bad students aren't the wealthiest group nor investors.

There was another CBJ thread which was so quiet that Yap participate alone most of the time and regularly bump until kena closed.

And you know why CBJ thread is lively?

Because everywhere else price appreciated too high so investors has not much choice.

At least for Garden Residence and Summer Glades, I dun hv the feeling that many are buying for own stay. People may change their mind once the VP is up, as for my area Kinrara Residence which is strategically located in Bdr Kinrara, I remembered that many were buying for own stay, at least 20%-30% of the buyers are from Bdr Kinrara itself who want to upgrade to a better life style, fr old housing area to new zone.
I expect 70% would buy for own stay, however after 1 yr++, only <40% moves in. I believe some may hv changed their mind. I really want to know how many % of Cyberjaya purchasers will actually move in, I hv no confident after viewed the above 2 Taman.
It is good being optimistic, but sometimes need to be realistic
P/s : Price dropping in Kin Residence, bout -10% now

to have a look at landed properties in Cyber. KIV Qaseh first.

Not bad if u can sell KR corner lot at RM1.72m & RM1.78m. My friend tried to let go his 2 1/2 at RM1.1m no taker. The gap between intermediate n corner is big, is the land size very big? Don't know the market price of KR， a leasehold property not my cup of tea.

Anyway is good to know the latest price of KR. Thanks for sharing.
