cyber is like a drug. once u stay or work in cyber, u wont feel to move out again.

many of my friends move out to work in KL or PJ, end up, work back in cyberjaya again.

no point to comment so much about cyber, lets wait for another 2,3 years. once everything become mature, u will know.

same like desa park, puchong last time, everyone comment ghost town, but look at desa park now... once its become mature.. everyone will move in.

I just hope CBJ prices will not move that fast as I intend to get one unit there for retirement later. I do like what outdoor activities it offers but not that practical living for a family man with public school going kids.

Things will be changing once SJK© Union relocated from Perak completed in 2016. The first smart Chinese School in the whole Malaysia. Saw in the Property fair many Chinese young couple bought bigger size (>1xxx) condo for own stay. Have a chat with them and understand their intention of buying...

Hope no delay for the school, 3 yrs from now.

This are the basic infra that can attract potential buyer. Nowday CBJ have more traffic lights and cars but is quite quiet after work. Let's hope that going to be more good news.

Yes Chinese Primary School. It is the 1st Chinese primary school with Smart features...but im not very sure what is the features...

The school is confirmed and they are looking for fund now...Perhaps some taikors here can re-post the brochure

I don't need primary school. Kids no young unless I got new babies but that's another story.

I just got the update from MBTL office,

Phase 1 estimated completion date is Q3 2014 (The initial forecast is June 2014)

Phase 2 estimated is still June 2015.

Both Phase 1 & 2 consists on Villas and Condo.

Depend on budget and choice, where u want to send your teenage kids to:
(A) national school(SK) then u can send them to Cyberjaya smart school or SK in Precint 8 of Putrajaya( one of the good school) or 10min drive(MEX) to SK Bukit Jalil
(B) International school: (1) ELC in Cyber, (2) Nexus in Putrajaya (3) Alice Smith in Taman Equine Seri Kembangan (4)Rafflesia in 16 Sierra, (5) Taylor international school in Bukit Puchong( go via Science Park 2) (6) Cempaka International school, Bandar Enstek, (7) Epsom international boarding school, bandar Enstek (8) Australia international school in seri Kembangan
