• The second category consists of those upgrading from homes in the nearby vicinity – Puchong, Subang, USJ, and Sepang.

I think the majority is the 4th category. Don't believe it, try go there at night and see any cars there on the road. It is different compare to Serdang, Bangi and Puchong where cars are everywhere. Not long ago there is an article writing about Cyberjaya population during day time is so much higher than at night. It simply shows people go work at Cyberjaya but not stay there. It will no change unless there is more entertainment like shopping mall, restaurant or cinema open at Cyber else have to wait until somebody do the plunge!

We are talking about once the commercial like TGV, Jaya grocer, bowling... which expected to be ready in 2014... And more & more residential properties be it landed or high-rise going to be completed by stages from 2014.... Things are going to be better in Cyber from 2014 onward..

When the mall is ready by 2014, ppls will ask for other things like clinic, hospital, public library, kindergarten, etc etc.

A feedback survey fr those students who stay in Cybetjaya is vital, IMHO, this is the largest group of people who hv few yrs experience living in Cyberjaya, hence they could also be the most potential tenant or buyer for Cybetjaya property.
If more than 30% will continue staying after graduating, then it is a good sign for investing
If more than 80% answer no, then I would advise investor to stay away

They will say if they get a job here they will consider staying. If they get a job somewhere else, they will likely move. Younger people are more mobile. Their emotional attachment to a place is much less.

Hard to say, if you check Setia Walk, you will know how many are actually working in CJ or Airport
Anyway having a simple survey is better than no survey. For me I want to find 2 answers fr tis survey :-
1. If I work elsewhere other than Cyberjaya, I still want to stay here
2. If I work in Cyberjaya, I wouldn't want to stay here also
