now got a unit from FAMA icon_rolleyes.gif @ the arc. into my 2nd week. Staying with siblings of 3 and each of us pay 300. cheapest place in cyber tongue.gif

equine where got far still consider quite near lah... im talking bout those staying in places like rawang, subang jaya, petaling jaya, ampang, cheras, up up north greater KL yo...even i travel from shah alam also the travel cost quite expensive.

Untung la FAMA got unit there. dont kira just rental cost ler. must include the food consumption cost too. let say u pay rm300 for rental..havent include electiricity+water+internet+astro?+food cost...

FAMA dont dare to rent their unit yet due to limited no of people + student place sure the unit might be f*** upside down rclxub.gif

maybe after 1 year we want to advise them to start rent out to people.
our plan is to keep this unit in excellent state until next year before starts to rent to expats but not sure the market is ok or not, so they send us as their spy wink.gif if not ok sure will flip sweat.gif

can try le...rental demand quite slow now if u want locals...as i said previously i offer fully furnish room with aircond+4mb streamyx broadband +water heater shower and fully auto washing machine inclusive of all total rm380...no cyber worker interested...

those ppl that uber positive in this thread either are very rich, own stayer or their investment unit in cyber havent VPed yet and yet to taste the reality market...all based on assumption and positiveness... do feedback to me hows the response if u try to rent out....

2013 n now..no difference except wip projects getting more. The catalyst ll be dpulze mall. But till now...still not open.

Max, it's not that bad. Most companies (that I know) pay some form of travel allowance to work in cyberjaya. The amount is around $300 onwards. Even if need to topup, the basic travel expenses is already covered.

Which is part of the low population probs in cj. Ppl just come here to work n commute back to their place...

Copany should put some form of rental or cyber home ownership allowance same like transport allowance? Will give cyber workers more motivation to stay here n form a good community...yes im aware of that n my tenant also said tipu hr commute far but instead rent my unit. If his co find out he stay in cyber if im not mistakn they wont pay his transport allowance...

This transport allowance if im not mistaken is not even from the company budget..gov got budget to pay every single exec tht work in mnc company in cyber rm300...they shud tweak this allowance a bit to motivate cyber woker to invest home here...

Yeah, it's part of the reason why people working in Cyberjaya prefer to commute. Once upon a time cyberjaya was an ulu place and companies had to provide some incentive for their staff to work here. laugh.gif

No need to tipu. It's just given regardless where you stay.

Yes this grant is from gov budget if im not mistaken only hsbc dot pay their staff thsallowance in their payslip. But they provide bus according to staff shift hours in front o their office...everytime i lalu in front there felt like why la this is hsbc man but all ramai2 naik bas lik pkerja kilang one...

I believe many are waiting to move into cyberjaya. Out of about 25 buyers (of a new development in CBJ) that I asked, more than 10 actually buying it for own stay. But I realise that those who bought for own stay are 3 bedr unit condo, not studio/SOHO.

If you ask me to rent someone's house to move into cyberjaya, I don't want. tongue.gif

If its true. Its good news bro. Got also my tenant n my uni fren work here for so many years n last2 buy house in saujana putra due to cheaper...

But this preference is subjective to all ppl. If from ur enquiry of new home buyer statistic.its good enuf
