I believe many are waiting to move into cyberjaya. Out of about 25 buyers (of a new development in CBJ) that I asked, more than 10 actually buying it for own stay. But I realise that those who bought for own stay are 3 bedr unit condo, not studio/SOHO.
If you ask me to rent someone's house to move into cyberjaya, I don't want. |
