found this:
"...It is understood that HP is keen to buy another piece of land to develop a data centre in Cyberjaya."

So there is plenty of truth that cyberjaya is becoming more and more a place for people to house their data centres or customer care centres.

The plan to open a hard rock cafe in putrajaya is already been dumped if you read the latest news.

They are for first time house buyers but are they also PR1MA houses ?

PR1MA houses cannot be rented out. Only for own stay.

actually i always wanted to ask.
all those big MNC in Cyberjaya, can please name some of them ah?
and these MSC, what do they actually do there ah?
i am assuming they are not industrial by nature?

again assuming most of them are IT based (since cyberjaya mah), given a big MNC in Cyber, what is their workforce like?
got 1,000 staff per company bor? or 300?

i understand it's also courting data call centre or shared service center.
these centers are pretty cost centric. hence every penny is scrutinised. and if it's data or shared centers, they would mostly hired 'low to medium' range salaried workers.

i just need to understand the demographics of cyberjaya population better to deduce whether supply is >, < or = demand

thanks.

Malaysia the talent pool supply is rather bad if you compare to china and india. If you are in position to hire, you know how difficult it is to hire skilled personnel in Malaysia.

I think these people who set up something in cyberjaya, they just want the physical space, IT connectivity and the tax exemption.

That are the few benefits of msc company lorh.

Honest opinion: skill level is not that bad. In fact lots of foreign workers u know from whic country do not posess decent skills also.

The quantity is low, way too low !

The better ones are already taken up. And then left with those oranges at the bottom of the basket. If you hire them, you sure need to drag the buffalo up to the tree.

I remember sometime ago, there is a mention of Pr1ma will be next to Setia Eco Glades the yeasayer said it's not a problem at all. Nevertheless, I don't think there is nothing can be done about this, everything is already determined, 大局已定。

1. Are you acknowledging that, in previous years, the growth rate of cyberjaya was not as great as other places ?
2. Are you also predicting that, in years to come, the growth rate of cyberjaya will be much more than other places ?

If in years to come, the growth rate of cyberjaya is only able to be at par with other places, then it can never catch up with the opportunity loss in previous years.
