similarly if u were in Kota Damansara 7 years back u would say the place ghost-town

Cyberjaya will never look "ong" like puchong.  Different concept. Cyberjaya will b a unique township once CCC is completed in 15 years time.

By 2018-2020, cyberjaya will b a busy town. To further make it looks world class like singapore,  the road surface condition must b improved and beatified.

One negative comment on CBJ.  CBJ road system have far too many traffic lights.  No traffic jams but traffic light jam even on weekends!  That's why impatient drivers are beating the lights all the time. 

In the next few years when population increase, it will be worst.

I did my survey twice this year.  Last was 3 weeks ago. 

Every time I drive there, always one question in my mind, who did the town planning with so many road intersections?

when you have these said elements - china, vietname dolls and all, the place is filled with people like you, inviting all the ah neh and others to come to high class places like that.....making the place very "chap". you can invest your properties in Alor, Cheras or Puchong.

it's ok..we don't need these in cyberjaya..we need elite and rich people in cbj...cbj will appreciate further without people like that around
