So CBJ valuation is much much cheaper.

Very good location. The best in Klang Valley excluding KL, PJ, Klang, Puchong and Shah Alam.

But not many residents.

Need all the owners to fill this place up rather than keeping it for weekend home.

Been looking at Summer Glades. I am not sure whether it is just me or anyone else also have the same opinion.

Cannot compare Ecohill with Cyberjaya.

Just look at the price alone will give you a mild shock.

Cyberjaya quite funny. Either large houses or little condos. There is no size in between this two.
