500sqf for couple ok...
*
500 square feet seriously small la....
for my standard, min 700 square feet for a couple..

problem is price getting out of reach for most ppl, hence the smaller the size, but honestly for a comfort living aim 700 square feet and above.

Hahaha..dat is d max.

Dats y i wonder how la they want to bring in numbers if each unit very small.
*
500 square feet and if you planning to rent to ppl with a rate of more than 1k rm? dnt dream tht far ahead la...
if you are talking of the same size in a central business/financial district, fair enough

Taikor..i think u need to read my post 1 by 1 la. Ur comprehension mcm kena improve sikit

Im not d investor in cbj fyi

And i think it is stupid to invest shoebox for the premium price at cbj coz surely it will be oversupply atleast after all project is finish.

I am literally grew up around cyber since MMU first day (one of the pioneer project last time )
Graduated from cyber
Work at cyber (one of the company who jv with cyberview last timr). ground experience..not pure speculation

So literally i spent my life at cyber. Im not investor coz im a bit late to join d party here.
What u were saying again? U bet? Ok pls stay at cyber few days.. laugh.gif

20years on(around)..can u pleaseeeee suggest me why no of population doesnt grew up so much?
😊

I welcome more ppl to stay at cyber. And i believe it will. Can see la nowadays more car altho not as bad as sunway or damansara.
Im not against cyber. Lol why i have to hate cyber coz i grew up and still working at cyber. Hahahah.

One thing i came up with the number is..it is just doesnt make sense for people to buy small unit for own stay. 500sqft is just very small for family of 3 or 4..and it is extremely overprice for me for almost half a million
500k can get decent service aptment elsewhere (suria residence @ bj an example but ini contoh saja)
*
ok as for me, my basis is based on my wife's experience, her colleagues and my own friends that has grew up studying and working in cyberjaya (i shall nt named here if u actually understand why tongue.gif)

if u think its a good investment go ahead lo, no one is stopping anyone to invest...
wht im trying to do is to point out another view in the forum, so tht some newbies could see from a diff view.

Haters will always hate.  tongue.gif

They spend time so much focusing on something they disliked and spilling out something from their arse and called them facts. laugh.gif I'm glad Cyber is attracting so much attention though.

you are simply dividing ppl in haters and what lovers? geez

there are actually people, who would weigh the pro and cons before actually investing in different areas (so would u group them into haters or lovers then?)

and since i started writing in this thread, i actually mentioned i supported the people who actually bought
Cyberjaya for their own stay as i actually think its a nice place to own a landed property to stay provided u work in the vicinity or u actually dnt mind travelling to KL/PJ if u do work there.

i stated before that i hv great doubts over the upcoming SOHO in the cyberjaya market, and i personally think its a bad bad investment.

simple as that lo..

yup....totally agree with u....

i dun mind if thing getting expensive....but provided our income also must increase parellal wiyh inflation....

but without FDI....really hard for Malaysia to achieve developed n high income country by year 2020...

Government just know to use short cut to reduce debts by introduce several taxes...but they never think to built country through wise spending, create friendly and open policy for business and investment , high and quality education for rakyat, enhance security and safety of rakyat, to be competitive and inovative in all aspects, to combat corruptions.....etc...
*
Pay has never increase in tandem with the price and cost of living.
Looking at current trend, it is seriously worrying, property price cost a bomb
Petrol increase 20 cents d, plus gst next year is coming which again might lead higher cost of living..

feoreign investment pulak, will be tougher to be lured..neighboring countries also might provide good alternatives for these investment rather than our own home country
