For those already stay in CBJ, they don't want population increased too rapidly.
Many affordable units are under construction now. > 1k in CBJ, earthwork already started for ard 1k inPriencent 6. Giving 3-4 yrs to complete the projects and 2-3 yrs for peoples to move in. Like it or not, u can see more and more peoples in 5-7 yrs.

I'm using it every working day!!!
Daily parking is rm2 not exceed 12 midnight. Rm5 if exceeded 12 midnight. Last time easy to park near the lift lobby or staircase exit. After KLIA2 completed, many AirAsia staffs found cheaper to park here and take ERL than they parking in KLIA2. The car park is getting full now a day.
The monthly ERL session ticket is cheap, rm180 from Putrajaya to Bdr Tasik Selantan, and ard Rm300 to KL Sentral.
The train schedule  20 mins once during peak hours and 30 mins during normal hours.

hopefully Dpulze opening soon....how is the progress ? I notice there is no update in their website...that day I pass by, saw few shop inside are doing renovation.....

I bought a 2 broom 872sqft unit called Dorchester in Plaza Damas for about RM250k back when it's newly launched(perhaps, year 2002 or thereabout can't recall correctly w/o checking the S&P). I did remember that my parents were apprehensive about the prohibitive price but I'd decided to go ahead with its purchase.

Conclusion; I'm glad 'coz it's valued at about RM600k today and rental is RM2.7k per/mth.

Advice; Trust your own instinct.

IOI city mall too far away... 15-20 min drive from symphony hills... preferred nearer shopping mall.. like gem in mall and dpulze is good enough....

i think possibility centrus open first, and dpulze still not open...

said end of oct, then first week of nov, then now b4 xmas..... later said b4 CNY, then and so and so... ended up, developer chao lou, abandon mall.. lolz...
