i hope majority of buyer stay here instead of trying to rent out. that would make the city more vibrant and lively.

Elite highway just beside pangeae, MEX in putrajaya, LDP, SKVE. - Safety level in cyberjaya quite ok 1 as mostly every building have its own security guard post. And police station is just nearby and can be reach within 5-10 min. - the air "was" really fresh before all these development start. - Delivery of food is widely available. Good when sick/lazy go out - No electric and water disruption since i first move here. And TNB are not allow to let that happen else they will get a long bill of penalty.
