IT industry is about knowledge. Technology is not really fast, & practical used technology is quite slow.

Pay high price for property also no sweat. Toll increase no sweat.

Other areas residents already protesting.

Coz its the largest strata landed enclave (means more maint fee pm) u can find in the whole GKV... At the moment..

Sweating for toll rate increase doesnt justify their purchase
