In his wet dream. Im staying in bangsar south and personally I dont think this place can replace MK. Unless all the flat / low cost apartment are going to b demolished

KL sentral more to commercial hub..Lack of residential block, who own Suasana Loft most happy.... with all the connectivity, LRT,KTM,Monorial,MRT,KLIA Express.. Fantastic.

Where exactly is this 8 Sentral going to be bro accetera ? In brickfields site near the rows of quarter houses supposedly reclaimed ?

Is there any info on pricing (psf), unit sizes, launch date, target completion date, info on retail tenants, transport connectivity, etc?

MK is MK lah.. KLS is KLS... nothing similar in common. How to replace?

MK has few international schools. Its surrounding is definitely a big contracts to the surrounding at brickfields

The exterior looks nice. Guess this will be RM1.2k to RM1.5k psf?

KL Sentral is selling at least RM1,200 psf

Rivo City Brickfields is selling from RM700 psf

So how much u anticipate this to cost?
