I take it this is not your finalized itineraries especially 4th, 5th and 6th coz it looks dull and there are more to tokyo than just ginza and akiba, but to each his own. arrival day(11pm) stay at airport (hostel at Toco Tokyo)

If you are not extravagant, you can get by easily with 5,000 Yen in food, 1,000 Yen in transportation, plus whatever expenses you wish to spend. I brought only 2.500MYR for 3 weeks and spent about 5,000 Yen a day for food/transport and still have alot. (I couchsurfed for couple of days and go touring with the locals.)
