You can ask for hot water from the flight attendants. Worse case, they will charge you for it, but as far as i recall on my case, they didn't charge. To avoid this, just try feed up the babies as late as possible before the flight. The ear-popping can be reduced by having your kids sucking (breastfeed or bottle).
As for the noise, I guess it can't be avoided, there will always be cases where babies / kids need to travel
. If others can't really stand it, there always option to pay to sit in the Quiet Zone. Up to the parents to keep the babies / kids as distracted as possible.
