Hi.. Now Japan still safe to go? I heard about the radiation.. I got a friend just got back from Japan and she got pregnant actually.. When she went for body check.. The doctor told her that the child is abnormal... Sad case.. Any advice or idea on the current situation?

All sifus, a long time ago i've gone through a website to buy a ground package to hakone from shinjuku..
