1) What replacement are you talking about ? This is a free forum. Did anybody hire you to reply all the messages or questions here ? If your hired, I'm sorry.

2) I came here to sought for information, just like anybody who are on the internet.
*If I have an info, I will share. If I don't I will seek or ask. If I cant answer anybody's question or I don't feel like answering any question, I just shut the hell up and let other helpful forum er to answer, instead of saying "Do your homework"

3) If the question is very standard. You can choose to ignore it.
*Its very annoying scrolling through the whole forum, seeing you repeating the same old thing.
