Yeah, I was at the UOA office this morning

According to Sentul village fb page, the showroom is open for public as of 7th February. They only have the 982sqft unit showhouse ..

always pass by.....still same price as 1st launched?  just my general observation bout this area...

1 road in front    7am from the batu school .8am sentul boulavard is 
2 but not sure bout the view.1sentul is blocking the klcc view rite...
3 for heading to KL u will face what 1 sentul peeps are facing now...

suggestion for that area>
wide the road to 3 lanes
+ add on LRT there connecting to batu caves 
+ have free bus shuttle to nearest sentul lrt which is just like 2kms away
(but still 1hour to commute..haih- BRT perhaps is no lrt......i call it Batu-caves-sentul-masjid jamek line )

What happen to the Opposite Shopping mall? It got cancel or what?

hopefully we are not conned by the agents .... i rmemebr agent said that mught be a aeon mall wit ha sky bridge connect to sentul village...

They did say it is a proposal and it was in the pamphlet from UOA indicate that opposite desa Sentul is proposed shopping mall.
