suggestion for that area>
wide the road to 3 lanes
+ add on LRT there connecting to batu caves  sweat.gif
+ have free bus shuttle to nearest sentul lrt which is just like 2kms away
(but still 1hour to commute..haih- BRT perhaps is no lrt......i call it Batu-caves-sentul-masjid jamek line )

Agree, road in front of 1 Sentul should widen it to 3 lanes carriageway..Since Jalan Kampung Bandar Dalam cannot widen it anymore, they can try to consider change it to one way 3 lanes road, people from Bandar Dalam Interchange can directly turn left into Jalan Sentul turn right into 1 Sentul in front of the chinese temple, and at the same time open another exits at Jalan Pelangi 2, so turn left can go to Greenwood direction, across the bridge back to Sentul Pasar Interchange can go to either Ukay Height direction or Duta direction or Jalan Tun Razak direction. Besides that, Duke need to open more access road next to Pasaraya Ong Tai Kim so people no need wasting time make u-turn in front of Sentul pasar all the time..

The land opposite One Sentul belong to Desaria Group, the one who launch The Manor KLCC recently, 9acres land, they target to launch mix development there next year.

Maybe got many different lots opposite One Sentul..is the fishing pond there stop operate? Good news was the agent told me got a One Sentul 1080sf unit transacted at 640k!!

Two years back Sentul Village Phase1 launched 550psf, last year Sky Awani 300k for 800sf lock in 10yrs, few months back One Maxim launched 480psf, if this phase 2 really sell 500psf pity those early buyer for other project.
