If you're on a tight budget like myself, -3 HoTA (cold) SoJ is the minimum requirement.

i wanna try HC when US server down for maintenance yesterday. so i logged on to both EU & ASIA servers and perform some test. latency @ Asia server seem to be much more stable so i started my HC char over there |
