first question: how many attack speed in your paragon now?

The calculation is simple, and I assume you have 10% IAS in paragon:

1.3 BKO
Paragon (10) + WOTB (25) + Dual Wield (15) + GOGOK (15) + bracer (5) + OROTZ (7) = 77%

BK Spinning bonus 30%

so the result is 1.3*1.3*1.77=2.9913 Oath-APS.

WW breakpoint:

aps: 2.50001 | tps: 8.5714
aps: 2.85715 | tps: 10.0000 <----- You fall into this range
aps: 3.33334 | tps: 12.0000

DD breakpoint:

aps: 2.50001 | tps: 5.4545
aps: 2.72728 | tps: 6.0000 <----- You fall into this range
aps: 3.00001 | tps: 6.6667

Zodiac @ Oath while Whirlwinding

So it means, when you WW:
1) Your ww hit enemies 10 times per second on average.
2) Your spawn 6 DD per second
3) With your APS, you reduce your skills CD by -2.5 sec per sec.
4) You are very close to next DD breakpoint @ 3.00001
5) You have the choice to lower your paragon IAS or gear IAS for other stats to 2.85714 from 2.9913 because anything in between is wasted IAS.

I want to elaborate on point 5):

For example: you can drop 7% IAS on your zodiac or use another bracer, you will still have the same thing.

for example, you drop your bracer with better STR/VIT/CC bracer:

1.3*1.3*1.72 = 2.9068 OATH APS

if your drop 7% on orotz, no problem also:

1.3*1.3*1.70 = 2.873 OATH APS
