IMO barb should be of somewhat an all out Offensive class, a class which "hantam" everything that comes within his/her melee reach, leave the Tank/Defend stuff to the Crusader. the legend ring would suit the Cruz best

+45K DPS over Teeming.

Someone already offered 200b + teeming (or MYR14850 + teeming)

The DPS increase is negligible when it compares to the price tag. 
Last I heard, 250b met. Someone paid "MYR18500" for a piece of amulet.
