i just started to play D3 again after 1 year
40k dps with 54k hp, 550~600+ all resist , unbuffed
this stat consider average or low?

those stats are considered very very low ... what u need is a complete new set.. depends on your target/budget, many will suggest to use Skorn build for fast XP/paragon farming.

Low on gold? buy it, dont waste time to farm it
