 Property Lelong - SUK consent

I just brought over a low cost flat at kajang selangor through a property auction. The lawyer say need consent of SUK. Anyone know what is this icon_question.gif ?

I am interested in this property auctions as well, but hearing from people it could be a bad experience.

Property auction normally can go to high court or land office or private auction house to bet the property that you want. From my case, I have few competitor, and we "fight" by offer higher price to buy that property.

all leasehold and low cost props need consent from the SUK which is state government
this is normal

but

make sure there is no income restriction to buy this prop in your proclamation of sale (pos) or else trouble

This is SUK only can apply/get after successful bid? difficult to get
if failed to get what is the consequences for the successful bidder?
even lelong still will have income restriction?
