Still prefer landed...but with condo security and facilities like clubhouse and pool would be the perfect match...
You can enjoy your own garden, no upstairs or downstairs neighbours, no walking from the carpark to your unit and still has everything condo dwellers enjoy.... |

Staying in condo is good if you are always working or always out. If you want to really "stay in comfort" and have space to grow, nothing beats landed properties in g&g with facilities...space, fresh air, greens, parking convenience, privacy, quietness..
