Just saw this news which is back in May
Air asia X offer free ticker under IPO http://biz.thestar.com.my/news/story.asp?f...08&sec=business Zero fare return air ticket to any destinations flown by the airline to investors that buy 10,000 IPO shares, and three tickets for those who buy 100,000 IPO shares as part of its shareholder benefit programme. Interesting approach |

QUOTE(Larrylow @ Jun 12 2013, 12:09 PM) Should i buy a stock before or after ex-date? I understand if i buy before ex-date i will get the dividend and not get it after ex-date. Like chicken & egg question.Assume I am buying for long term. You may say that if i buy for long term, it is ok either way. Would like to hear your view. Got my mind fcuked. QUOTE(gark @ Jun 12 2013, 01:52 PM) Look further down the list.... Familiar names. Apparently they are expanding like mad, too much sales in indo and not exporting yet. For instant noodles we have Mee Sedap, coffee such as Kapal Api, and washing powder such as Daia.. already invading supermarkets in MY..from Indon Indo consumer companies are growing like mad.. due to more indon becoming middle class..thats why they have PE 30x.. PE30 means like Nestle MY liao. Waw. Gark you investing in Indonesia market, too? |

QUOTE(gark @ Jun 12 2013, 02:14 PM) Look see look see.. got a local brokerage account. Everything is soo expensive... waiting for this correction to be over first. Sweet. Hopefully MY market also follow suit.Looking at consumer staple & discretionary companies & palm oil companies. Consumer consumption growth here is astronomical... So every transaction in Indonesia market required millionssssss or multi M lo |

There other day I met a 20 years old young chap
He was introducing me an investment plan where by you get to buy your dream house in one year Well presented via his iPad, and there was a slide asking 什么东西是每一天都需要用的? (what are the things you need to use everyday) Guess which company? Hint : It is one of the listed company in KLSE. |

QUOTE(Larrylow @ Jun 12 2013, 02:20 PM) Haha... kind of random, I am talking about SCC! If I were youProbably I should just buy at a price that I deem undervalue to me. I'd buy after EX Or best when everyone forget about this company Try to scoop at 7x-8x I notice it only moves when company announce big divvy, after divvy ex it can be sideline for the whole year. My past observation. |

They have this campaign that the more you sell, the more company reward you.
Assuming you earn RM100,000, company give you another RM50,000 Sort of. And this marketing will be lasting until year 2015. So I assume agents will be very hardworking selling, busy climbing hierarchy. Therefore the best way is to buy the company share & get to enjoy the benefits & profits. |

QUOTE(river.sand @ Jun 12 2013, 02:38 PM) If you have 10 levels of downlines you don't need to work also. (Except give your sermon once in a while.) I told himBTW I don't use Amway's products everyday... I don't mind trying your company product, but heck, please tell me how many outlets are there in the whole Petaling Jaya. He told me 2. It is so inconvenience unlike we have Watson, Guardian, Giant, Tesco easily accessible everywhere. Why would I need to be so mahfan everytime gonna go look after your outlets. |

QUOTE(river.sand @ Jun 12 2013, 02:48 PM) You join Amway if you wish to become a millionaire, not because you want to use its products. True.If you have the Amway millionaire dream, automatically you will go to Amway warehouse to collect the products, not matter how inconvenient it is. (And no matter how expensive the products are.) Thats what he told me too Instead of spending on Guardian/Watson, why don't you spend on Amway and the money goes back you Told you their persistency is super hohliao, dont forget he is only 20 years old & has been brainwashed & sold to the company, I salute him & I'm sure he will be richer than me one day down the road |
