My PEG = PE / (Growth% + div%)

A bit different from standard peg... that why call value-growth haha and minus off net cash on hand for PE calculation.

Non china PE 3 ok lar... but if the PE is not consistent/one off then not ok also...

PE 3 consistent, but one off item made it not consistent

Last time KLCC prop out of index, straight drop 20%, perhaps this time got bargains....

too bad index up or down also got significant impact on those stocks that not included in Index sometimes.... some people see index drow kaolat.... panic liao.... *** lor faster faster panic sell lol...

Growth company might be impacted by large debts and currency exchange loss as well.

Whereas cash rich company may shine with Fed Ben QE winding down.
