On a serious note, don't really like Thai, Taiwan.

I own the F3 before the RX100.
It's a very good camera, performance is snappy and good features set.

However for now I'd recommend the NEX-3N.
Smaller lens, wider and newer tech.

At that price can go get MULTIPLE gals and can sentuh 1   
Rather use the money go fishing

Sunreit giving about 5% div yield with good capital gain potential. 

^ They have been giving around 7% for few years.

Summore reit div tax only 10%, non-reit 25% tax.

If FD give 7%, a lot people will sell the stock and put in FD.
After the stock price drop, mayb can find some with dividend yield of 8%
