Is S-REIT same as M-REIT?
1. Is Singapore rental fees low or consider high?
2. Is Singapore properties price low or consider high?
3. Is Singapore population (especially middle class) growing or stopped or weakening?
4. Where are those S-REIT's properties located at? Which country?

I think, M-REIT retail may consider more defensive?

Foreign reits can go PN 17 due to credit crunch .........

Do not just look for the highest yield alone...........

No harm to sell off now and buy back cheaper later.

Counting money in the bank  is better than counting losses days by days . yawn.gif

could be a good choice too but all depend on the forumer decision, let him decide what can be done on its own portfolio it just my own opinion only may be wrong too ..... notworthy.gif

I prefer institutional placement. Although dilute earnings but it also means experts have confidence on the investment. sweat.gif
Best is no fear of interest rate on debt. thumbup.gif

QUOTE(Zaci @ Jun 24 2013, 04:05 PM)
This is the second time I got screwed by Botak Ben  vmad.gif

Filled up my portfolio with 60% HK/China stocks and 40% Singapore stocks in later part of 2012.

They performed well early in 2013, but now all of them below my average buying price, many by 10-20%  rclxub.gif

Sadly no more bullets to buy. Local banks not allowed to give margin financing for foreign stocks. Of course I could take personal loans, but the amount I can borrow is not much and interest is high.

Wonder where I should just jump building  hmm.gif

That why money management is important. You still have to accountable any worse or worst scenario in stock market. In stock market, it can be easily down 20 - 30 % during correction, not even mentioned about recession.

Now everyone cashing out, While there are some cashing in too. brows.gif
