Make sure both the billing and mailing address is US, they would send it instantly. At first I thought only the mailing have to be US, waited so long still no beta code.

Just checked the vendor, I think it's random. The one he selling now have 62x dmg. Their way of calculating DPS seem so weird, 3% crit chance also can increase DPS
