currently my build.
DPS: 186K
Health: 80K
Power Skill: 10K.

Will i be able to survive falcon lost.?
*
Think falcon lost needs you to familiarize/memorize what and where the enemies coming at you. Wave 1 to 8 not that difficult, wave 9,10,14 is where the shotgunners can sneak up on you to finish the whole team. Pop your signature skill in the trench when you see shotgunners so players can brace themselves or shift their focus. Most people failing is they are too selfish with the alt as if only using it during bomb run. But the problem is you don't even get to do bomb run if you don't survive the shotgunners.
Don't do the 2 way split to deactivate the turret. You risk a high chance of someone dying or screwing up.

Manage to complete FL challenging just now while checking out what the vendors reset were, for the first time we hunker down on the left, which I thought a nice spot to do it from the usual pit or the right side platform. The cons is you'll be fighting the waves very close quarter as there's no space to move around but extremely beneficial to do bomb run. The fight keeps us on the toe as you are very close to couple of enemies spawn point. GG and got a GS204 M44 for it and of course a crappy GS240 Tactician something. biggrin.gif
Just shy of a GS214 gloves from hitting GS220...wait think might already hit the requirements cause I might have more that 3 pcs of 240 gear. sweat.gif
Now waiting for the next weekly reset to try my luck for better loot.

Hi Sifu, sometimes I was wondering which is important?

Examples:
1) Liberator = Low damage & high RPM, while
2) Black Market AK-74 = High damage & low RPM

Between Damage and RPM which is important?
*
Ditch Liberator for LVOA-C or Lightweight M4. They are much better than Liberator cause the first 2-3 second burst like a laser beam before the muzzle climb kicks in. Liberator just all over the places. It's more of a back-up for SMG cause during close proximity engagement they behave kinda like SMG.

Pure DMG is to go AK especially you rolled one came with Balance talent. Just mod it to keep it more controllable.

DMG is more important than RPM...higher firing rates mean more recoil on ARs. You stood to miss more shots than landing.

Falcon Lost Question:

Does it always the strategy to go under the trench because most user i encounter advise/run at the trench. I wondering is there any other strategy beside that?

Try my first time yesterday but no luck asyik kena kick / die..

So far there are 4 places to bunker down
1. Upper right platform with plenty of room to move around but you need to be super mobile to avoid apc's salvo.
2. Upper left catwalk provide good cover from enemies but apc's salvo is a little challenging. Ground enemies need to climb stairs and scaling a wall to reach you.
3. Bottom left is the hardcore area where you are fighting waves of enemies upfront but you are shielded from most of the salvo, sniper shots, drone attacks. You need tip top DPS dudes to mow down rushers but easy bomb run to the left side.
4. Center trench is favourite due to the illusion of cover and ammo restock crates. Shotgunners/Medic/Agents can just spring surprise attack to finish the whole team at the blink of an eye if you do not have someone to keep track what waves or where the rushers coming in.

I thinkl people are too obssessed with GS and stats. Anything below 190 you'll get kicked and challenging strictly above 200 whether GS or DPS. doh.gif

yeah agree.. my currently at 162 and mostly get kicked. i'll love try to do it and prove them wrong smile.gif

thanks for da tip man.. will try to explore.. i dont know the control room can do the job or not, think about it yesterday.
*
Control room only good for 4 waves cause you still need to run down to grab the bomb and plant it. Usually my case is we clear out all the shotgunners on wave 1 with a couple of the grunts and start running to whichever location we need to go. Each time you kill until left with 3 enemies, the next wave will trigger or enemies respawn during the bomb run wave. This also a good way to regenerate our signature link should we restart from failing before.

Of the solo videos I watch they really prefer the upper right platform or just at the cover right after the room where we jump in from. I tried these places but I really suck at rolling around so selalu kena APC bombardment sigh.
*
Not to gloat or anything...the bottom left is my favorite place to do it but a lot of thrash talking mat sallehs lost their balls when shotgunners coming in left and right so close to each others. biggrin.gif
The upper right only works when you know inside out where the enemies coming in. Also on solo it's a lot easier to take down the enemies when compare to a squad of four. Saw a japanese did it on the bottom left solo on youtube. Last time I solo made it to wave 7. biggrin.gif

Haha true true. But all these solo guys have at least 200k+ dps and destructive/brutal weapon talents and just melt everything, so I guess that's a requirement if you want to fly solo. My build is kinda tricky, so I'm more comfortable with playing support to others haha.
*
Not really if you have 170-190k dps 65% armor and Sentry you are good to go. Solo on striker gear is a big no-no.
If I'm not mistaken, I completed most of my challenging at only 193k dps with GS196. Not those above 200 benchmark that everyone thinks it needs.

To date had the most fcuked up FL challenging experience. Joined up with a wannabe rapper who is a control freak over how to do the mission. I give him that he can do DMG but the way he boss everyone around is borderline OCD. That's not the worst...he holed up the left wall inside the middle trench, not giving any helping hand to anyone but barking orders at everyone. When comes to bomb run he runs up to the bomb without giving us a single fcuk and gloat how he saves the day. Come wave 8 when we used a second survivor link he blamed us not skill enough. On wave 11 we left the game the moment knowing the shotgunners gonna hit the trench. His outburst of fcukbombs...priceless over the party chat. biggrin.gif

Gotta find that sweet spot of gear like the first time you able take down the russian consulate/warrengate shotgunners by holding your ground with focus fire from everyone. There are many combo of skills you can use ATM, for me you need to have 2 players with overheal ready to shoot on the ground when each time you about to face the rushers. Strong pulse is a must. Whether flame/shock turret or flashbang or seeker mine will buy you enough time to take them down. Bare minimum you need one player able to tag them with sentry's marking and the power of "turtling" in survivor link as last resort or opening shot... biggrin.gif

State of the game dangling carrots...
Patch 1.2
Promise of better loot quality drops
More weapon drops and lesser performance mods in dz
A new dz 201 bracket...with GS 200 above loots and only yellow div techs to pick up
Supply drop 2.0 that you want to fight over in dz
More loot drops from every challenging mission
They say no more nerfing and focus on buffing weapon qualities of the game

The bad news...no release date of when the patch gonna hit.

Reckless let you exchange the extra crit by taking more DMG from enemies, now it doesn't...say bye bye also to your balanced M1A. The rock steady stability of 'balance' only applies to the first shot, right now is every single shot.

Striker only works if you can fill up the meter with LMG on a super spongy target and switch it to your primary to maximize the damage. Striker does well is the armor DMG perk from using 2 pcs.

Sentry's perk of 3 stacks together with a 40k skill's pulse, headshot with M1A can do 1 mil above dmg. That's why you see why some of the youtubers tackling FL challenging looks easy.

Just so you want to use a 40k pulse, you don't have to physically build your electronic skill to 40k. You are set with 30ish-K electronics with Tactician because it will always boost your stats above 40k when your team inflicts physical 60k dps.

Roll 3 GS204 FW M1A...2 came with brutal, deadly and of course the 3rd one utter garbage. To those who does not have "Balance" use Steady Hands talent and max out accuracy with weapon mods so you can get your scope's reticle lock-on quicker.

To those who wants to solo DZ funds quick...try out the lowering GS exploit to enter DZ 0-160. Zone 4,5,6 practically empty with players. Manage to rack up 150k DZ funds over the weekend with almost zero interference from rogues. The L32 enemies still hit as hard as 161 bracket so it's not really a walk in the park.

actually, does anyone wanna try FL challenge mode tonight.? eveyrtime i try challenge mode, they will always  kick me out, GS200++ only can join them.

Hit me up id:sixthops....2 dps, 1 tactician, 1 balance will do. Balance will need to do back-up pulse and mobile cover or turret. No need dps like 230k and above but must be sentry otherwise it's a tough fight. Minimum you need 190ish for dps and 65% armor. Your stamina don't matter that much cause snipers and shotgunners still one shotting u...65% armor is more for rifleman enemies so u don't die from their one shot, except for the bomb runner on our end who of course need to b tanky.

I can do sentry dps and tactician.
