A dog is certified with a MKA cert to show that it's pure breed. Mongrels and mixed will never get MKA cert. A pup will get its own MKA cert after the owner registered it and with both of the parents have MKA themselves. If only one of the parents has MKA while the other doesn't, then the pup won't be issused with a MKA cert. Dewormed means kill the worms inside your dogs with certain medicine/jab.
