Yes, of corse u can. But to me, it is not the matter of which shampoo to use on face, is the right method. Even baby shampoo entering the eyes, u will feel uncomfortable right? So normally, when u wash the eyes there, wash from below, when u scrub, they will close the eyes one. Pure Paws shampoo doesnt contain harmful ingredients, so even accidentally enter the dog's eyes, it cause no harm. I'm sure when u bath for ur dog more, u will get the catch how to do it.

Yes, but put ur fingers above the nose when u do so, so the water will flow through ur finders instead of into the nose, practice more, on9 research more, u will improve gradually.

QUOTE(juichuan @ Jun 26 2007, 12:22 AM) I know. i am loving it already. but wanna learn how to cut his hair. must i go to the groomer? i dun have the budget.. and his nails are long too... the owner doesnt take good care.. Juz a reminder, if u r not bringing to groomer, u must pluck out all the fur at the inner side of the ear, else might get infection.my previous dog died last april. The doctor ask to settle down with the environment first. do you think the ticks still survive in the wall and jump on this shih tzu? |

It is always better to use a tool instead of hand if u need to punish the dog for wrong behaviour, so that he will understand when u raise ur hand, means sayang, but raise the tool, means warning.
BUt selecting the right tool is important, i would advice to use those flexible plastic ruler, if u hit, will sounds loud, but wont harm the dog. But remember, it still very dependant on the owner, if you are very strict and firm, even without the plastic ruler, u r able to stop anything. Besides, u must hit at the right time, meaning on the spot, then the dog can understand. |

Haha, doesnt matter champion dog or not lah, they are our kids ma, if we can afford, then of corse we give them the best, if we can't, we provide them what we can. Anyway if we only own 1 or 2 dogs, i suppose providing them the best food shouldnt be a problem.
